Terrible App! Don’t Buy!!! I want my money back!!! Fraud!!!

I want to convert my video to mp4 so i can use it in my device. It can’t convert the whole file. It always crashes in the middle of the converting.
I really hate this app for it waste not only my money but also my time.
Please refund if it is possible!!!!
I don’t think the reviews are real!! carefully!
