Absolutely Useless

After reading the stellar reviews, I downloaded this to do some batch conversions of wmv and avi files to mov or mp4. Hard to believe the reviews are genuine. I’ve been trying for 48 hours to convert a range of files (processing one or two at a time) and not one of them has fully processed. This includes leaving the app to run literally all night on a file of around 650MB.

I tried deleting and reinstalling. No change. The website developer doesn’t even list this “HD Pro” version of its many versions of this app on its website. The “Pro” version received terrible reviews on the App Store. I suspect that this is just that app re-packaged.

I have an email in to the company’s tech support. If I get sany satisfaction, I’ll be happy to change this review. Otherwise $10 down the drain.
